Elf Mastery
Just thought I'd pop in and let you know how I'm progressing in Elf Righteous. I'm nearing the 100,000 word mark, but it's looking like this one might end up closer to 140,000 words (the others were about 120,000). I'm also making some pretty big (but I think exciting) changes. Would like to be ready for beta readers by January so I can have the book out in April, but we'll see. I have a bit of spare time at the moment to get more writing done, but may be looking at moving soon. We'll see. Will try to hammer out as much as I can while I can.
Also have hired someone to make Elf Mastery into an audiobook, so that's pretty exciting! Will post the link once it is available. Bryant

Well, I think the opening of the video I am working on came out pretty well so wanted to share it here: I've been working on a side project trying to promote my books which involves creating Youtube videos. I will be doing some Elf Mastery videos, but am at the moment animating some GURPS campaigns I ran a few years back. Here is an image sampling the next episode in which the characters time-traveled to 1888 London to save Mary Jane Kelly and capture Jack the Ripper. Just wanted to post it because I think the team came out looking pretty sharp: Not bad for someone who can't draw! I am learning, of course, but still limited to doing what I need to produce specifically for production. I draw the images in Photoshop, extrude them as 3D images and export them as Collada files, correct the Collada files in Blender, then import them into DAZ to apply the textures properly and set up and animate the scenes.
If you'd like to see the videos I've already created, here is the link to the first one: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=-m5y5BjKtok&t=333s |
